Rebranding an iconic Yorkshire landmark.
Leeds Kirkgate Market is the largest indoor market in Europe, a living example of the rich history of the city. Until now the identity has fallen under the umbrella brand of ‘Experience Leeds Market’, but we were selected to complete a full rebrand project by Leeds City Council.
Through the new brand identity, we aimed to do justice to the unique character of the market and re-establish it as the beating heart of the city centre.
This new identity works in harmony with the redevelopment plans, focussing on the unique combination of its status as a historic landmark and its future as a thriving urban eating, drinking and shopping destination.
After being confirmed as the winning agency, we have since rolled out the rebrand, including online and print advertising, print collateral, wall graphics, signage and external hoardings.
