Flipit – a start-up online car selling service – had the business model, but not the brand proposition. It approached us to help them create a vibrant, accessible and future-proof brand.

Starting with a review of everything they’d done to date, and everything they wanted to achieve, we helped the company to forge an identity that chimed with their values as a company, as well as highlighting the USPs that set them apart in a competitive market.

We began with a brand workshop, discussing all the key points with key stakeholders in the company, before translating that session into a brand DNA and strategy doc. It established the vision, purpose, personality of the brand, as well as how we intended to position it for the market. Next we produced the visual identity, ensuring that the brand was fully aligned with the needs of its target audience, before moving on to write and design the website ahead of its launch in late 2022.
