Over the past few years we’ve helped bring social and paid energy to a range of exercise-focused campaigns for Couch to Fitness, who provide free workouts for people looking to get active at home.

 

The most recent project sought to tackle Britain’s ever-present cost-of-living crisis, which data from Sport England shows has made a huge impact on fitness in the UK, with natural knock-on effects for both physical and mental health.

Our core metrics were sign-ups amongst demographic groups most affected by the cost-of-living crisis, which required nuanced and granular targeting from across the organic and paid spectrum.

 

 

We took to social, Google and digital TV to deliver targeted messaging to the right audience at the right time, finessed through a test and learn approach that used insight to increase engagement time and again.
