As the UK’s leading housebuilder, Barratt Developments requires a comprehensive day-to-day PR and media relations service for its brands Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes across two regions: Yorkshire and the original home of Barratt Developments, the North East.

For over ten years of working on the account, we’ve met a huge range of comms requirements, working with all levels of the team – from sales executives to MDs – to support the achievement of specific regional sales targets and driving footfall to developments, whilst also supporting the wider national messaging too. The longevity of the relationship is a good indicator of the tangible, measurable impact that our comms has been able to deliver.

Initially working to the overarching strategy of ‘Build, Buy and Belong’ – which was first conceived as part of our original pitch over ten years ago – our work has progressed to span everything from bespoke campaigns orientated around the launch of specific developments to seasonal campaigns and calendar planning, as well as offering a full crisis management function.
