As the UK’s leading housebuilder, Barratt Developments requires a comprehensive day-to-day PR and media relations service for its brands Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes across Yorkshire and the original home of Barratt Developments, the North East.

For over ten years of working on the account, we’ve met a huge range of comms requirements, working with all levels of the team – from sales executives to MDs – to support the achievement of specific regional sales targets and driving footfall to developments, whilst also supporting the wider national messaging too. The longevity of the relationship is a good indicator of the tangible, measurable impact that our comms has been able to deliver.

Initially working to the overarching strategy of ‘Build, Buy and Belong’ – which was first conceived as part of our original pitch over ten years ago – our work has progressed to span everything from bespoke campaigns orientated around the launch of specific developments to seasonal campaigns and calendar planning, as well as offering a full crisis management function.
