The Christmas Experience at Lotherton
After helping launch the event in 2016, we were filled with festive cheer to be asked to help spread the word about the Christmas Experience at Lotherton Hall. The venue has forged a reputation as a quality regional and national attraction, with everything from historic architecture to cute animals on offer.
We developed a highly efficient PR strategy to highlight the 2018 experience both pre- and post-launch. This included a range of engaging activity, including press releases, picture and video releases, and invitations to an exclusive launch event.
We focussed on attracting families, positioning the Christmas Experience as the perfect seasonal day out via coverage in traditional and online media, lifestyle magazines, and influencer outreach.
Releases included a selection of animals predicting the Christmas weather report, alongside reports on ticket sales and event features. The result was a campaign that achieved exceptional coverage, with over 3 million opportunities to see and a 6% increase in ticket sales over 2017.
