As the UK’s biggest housebuilder, Barratt Homes requires a comprehensive day-to-day PR, social and media relations service for its brands Barratt and David Wilson Homes.

Over the past six years of working on the account, we’ve met a huge range of comms requirements, working with all levels of the team – from sales executives to MDs – to support the achievement of specific regional sales targets and driving footfall to developments. The longevity of the relationship is a good indicator of the tangible, measureable impact that our comms as been able to deliver.

Working to an overarching strategy of ‘Build, Buy and Belong’ – which was first conceived as part of our original pitch – our work has spanned everything from bespoke campaigns orientated around the launch of specific developments to seasonal campaigns and calendar planning, as well as offering a full crisis management function.
