We were briefed to provide fully integrated support to Leeds Building Society as it re-launched its intermediaries’ offering and looked to differentiate itself from competitors – with a strong focus on thought leadership.
In addition to on-going and proactive social media management across Twitter and LinkedIn, we have produced staff engagement tools to help communicate the revised proposition and its fundamental key messages. We also organised a roundtable event highlighting the Society as leading the way on tackling key industry issues.
Our strategy elevated Leeds Building Society’s position in the market and highlighted its flexibility and accessibility, despite the challenges and regulations of its industry. Our approach has increased engagement and business opportunities with brokers.
