Leeds Building Society

LBS was looking to reposition it’s B2B, mortgage intermediary targeted communications. As part of a competitive pitch process we created a new three-stage strategic approach that went from core proposition, to brand campaigns, to creative execution and delivery.

The proposition culminated in a B2B brand statement that set out a warm, pragmatic and reassuring brand personality orientated around the line ‘In Your Best Interest’. With that as a foundation we then pulled it through an external introductory B2B campaign called ‘This Is Us’, focusing on all the unique lending features and characteristics that separated Leeds Building Society from it’s competitors.

Having been selected we worked with Leeds Building Society to implement the strategy and deliver a wide range of creative communications from video to PR and Social.
