We’ve worked with CityFibre for a number of years, delivering a fully integrated agency service. In 2020, our focus was to help the CityFibre marketing team to deliver content in line with its seasonal marketing objectives, while regularly generating our own creative, designed to help us hit the channel targets we set ourselves at the start of the year.

In 2020, our focus was to help the CityFibre marketing team to deliver content in line with its seasonal marketing objectives, while regularly generating our own creative, designed to help us hit the channel targets we set ourselves at the start of the year.

Our content has ranged from specific, geographically targeted campaigns to raise community awareness about infrastructure projects, to brand and service based videos. These included our lockdown Zoom Faces video, a whole suite of day-to-day assets and a seasonal video that examined how important good connection(s) would be over the Christmas period.

The strategy has proved hugely successful, as the performance data for the year (and compared to 2019) shows.

Paid Media: Drove over 120,000 people to site, with a 40% bounce rate.
