Making a splash – ilk teams up with Clearly Drinks
Six months ago we won a competitive pitch process to work with flavoured water manufacturer Clearly Drinks and can’t believe how the time’s flown!
Sunderland-based Clearly Drinks produces its own flavoured still and sparkling water brands, as well as working as a contract bottler for UK and international clients. Working with them has allowed us to play to our integrated strengths, and offer a bespoke service combining retained PR & Social and two digital website projects.
We approached them the same way we do with any potential new client, by considering their brief in the round and offering a suite of specialisms we believe will help grow the brand.
As part of a rapidly-changing soft drinks market, the flavoured water manufacturer was looking to enhance its brand position with the b2b sector, drive sales across both wholesale and retail outlets, and boost brand presence with consumers.
To help, we’ve taken a strategic approach to PR, focusing first on b2b audiences and then on consumers; we’ve developed a social content strategy designed to engage with a family-friendly audience through visually distinctive content and we’ve redesigned its two websites: the umbrella corporate site and the company’s site for its core brand, Perfectly Clear.
For Clearly Drinks, we’ve integrated our specialisms in design, copy, photography, web development and strategic PR & Social to deliver a tailored service for a unique client. On working with the brand, our Managing Director, Nev Ridley, said:
