We’re looking for a multi-skilled Head of PR, ready to manage a team delivering a mix of PR, Digital PR and Influencer Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities
As Head of PR, you’ll be responsible for leading the agency’s PR and Digital PR – everything from pitching and strategy, to crisis comms and national campaigns. You’ll also be a leader who can get the best out of your team, developing skills and encouraging collaboration across the agency’s full roster of skills and specialisms. Driving forward our Digital PR offering through innovative new ways of working will be a key part of your job.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviews and objectives
- Training and development
- Account structure and capacity
- Billing and reporting
- Tracking media spend and forecasting budgets
PR, Digital PR
- Pitching and new business
- Day-to-day account oversight
- Crisis comms
- Proofing and final sign-off
- Tools and tactics (e.g. Kantar, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
- Training, upskilling and ensuring best practice
- Influencer Marketing (alongside Head of Social and Paid)
You’ll be a proven Head of PR already, or an outstanding candidate with at least four years of experience looking for room to grow.
We’re looking for a leader who can get the best out of their team – both through effective team management and by leading the way with skills that demonstrate best practice in PR, Digital PR and Influencer Marketing.
It’s a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, working with our creative studio and account management team, copy and brand strategy, web development and photography and videography departments on integrated projects that draw on all sorts of skills and experience.
But it’s also a role that requires a rock solid grounding in the day-to-day activity of PR, including the latest developments in Digital PR and SEO, and Influencer Marketing. You’ll work closely with an experienced Head of Social and Paid, whose team covers organic social and paid media, leading on PR strategy and winning the new business that gets your team engaged and excited.

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Friday.
