Digital Account Executive

The Role

If you’ve got skills in digital and creative, we’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning integrated creative agency in Leeds. You’ll be working with everyone from designers and copywriters, to social media specialists and web developers on projects for a vibrant and diverse array of clients. 

A typical week might see you working with the team to make recommendations on how to help optimise UX for a major charity, getting involved in a launch campaign for a brand about to hit the supermarket shelves or helping to populate content for a new website launch. We don’t specialise by sector, so no two days are ever the same. 

As a Digital Account Executive, you’ll work closely with both our creative and digital teams, supporting the management and delivery of digital projects alongside the Digital Project Manager.

The Responsibilities

  • Support the team to successfully deliver projects aligned with the clients’ strategic objectives and the company’s and client’s quality and compliance processes 
  • Assist in day to day management of and communication with a portfolio of clients, with support from the Account Manager and Digital Project Manager, to develop efficient and long-term relationships with a variety of stakeholders 
  • Assist with the day to day admin of projects including status tracking, timeline development, creative / client brief development, time reporting 
  • Taking briefs from client and challenging where appropriate to ensure we deliver the right solution(s), before accurately briefing relevant internal teams
  • Work closely with relevant teams to collate accurate estimates for briefs, and manage creative output through the studio to ensure projects are completed to brief and to schedule 
  • Support the management of resource planning to ensure we’re managing capacity levels appropriately and can meet deadlines outlined in timing plans and in line with client deadlines 
  • Support in collating time reports to help understand and ensure profitability of projects and client accounts 
  • Support the maintenance of a portfolio of websites, reporting monthly on actions taken and contributing to recommendations for continuous performance improvements
  • Assist with content population and testing of new website functionality and builds 
  • Reviewing and collating analytics data to share with clients and support with monthly / quarterly review documents to be presented to client 
  • Contributing to the creation and monitoring of project timing plans to ensure timelines are met 
  • Escalating issues in a timely and appropriate way internally and externally 
  • Proof reading material to present a professional and error free communication piece every time

We are looking for someone with…

  • Baseline knowledge of development and email marketing platforms including WordPress, Shopify and MailChimp
  • Experience working on website development projects
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication
  • Confidence working with a range of diverse stakeholders
  • Good time management and attention to detail

Location:

Leeds Office / Home
Minimum requirement: 3 days per week in the Leeds office

Hours:

Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Friday.
