We’re looking for a multi-skilled photographer/videographer to join our collective!

Which is the major reason why the work we produce remains fresh, challenging and engaged, regardless of project, sector or client. 

Our current roster spans everything from beer, supermarket retail and logistics, to engineering software, broadband, entertainment advertising and major animation studios. It’s an eclectic list.

The Role

You’ll need to be an all-rounder – the job is everything from helping with concepting, storyboarding and shoot planning to leading on filming, editing and photography as needed.

You’ll be working closely and reporting to Creative Production Lead and you’ll become part of a creative studio including designers, developers and copywriters. 

There’s a small photography/production room within the office (handy for both storage and small-scale shoots), but you can also expect to be out and about on location with access to some of the latest equipment and gear.   

You’ll be working on a huge variety of content from B2B brand vids and consumer ads to short-form social assets, website and product photography and all manner of other campaign activity. 

All of which will be opportunities to show what you’re about!

The Candidate

You need to know your onions – we’re looking for someone with a broad and robust understanding of production equipment and technology, as well as being a dab hand with editing software.

Beyond that, we need someone who’s great in a team, full of ideas and able to communicate and collaborate with everyone right across the agency. You’ll also need to be a natural problem solver (as anyone who delivers top-quality visual content has to be!) and bring energy and positivity to every project you get involved in.

You’ll also need to be organised: able to manage and stay on top of a schedule that may well involve travel across the UK and beyond, working seamlessly with Account Managers to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Although it won’t be central to your role, we also want someone who’s comfortable talking to clients – whether that’s explaining a project vision, concept or aesthetic, or indeed communicating effectively with them on location.


  • Able to deliver high-quality videos and photographs (Hybrid-shooter)
  • Post-production and editing of video and photography
  • Experience with animation and/or graphic design would be an advantage
  • Creative thinker, articulate, persuasive and able to clearly communicate operational initiatives and outcomes to team members internally and clients externally
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro/After Effects or similar software. (We’re an Apple-based company so having worked with iMacs/Macbooks would be beneficial.)
  • Ability to multitask several creative projects
  • Excellent creative skills and a great eye for detail
  • Comfortable leading and directing shoot days
  • Excellent organisation skills, ensuring footage is always backed-up and projects correlated in a tidy and efficient manner


  • Able to edit videos in DaVinci Resolve, with a good understanding of colour grading
  • Comfortable using Blackmagic cinema cameras (6K Pro and URSA)
  • Comfortable working alongside designers to rig and create animated videos
  • Comfortable with other Adobe Creative Cloud software, such as Adobe Character Animator, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Understanding of audio mixing
