Forget England, it’s all about Manifest FC.

With league two and three successes under their belt, Manifest FC went in for a clean sweep this year, and boy did they leave the other lads weeping.

Clearly stung from the summer’s disappointing events, Manifest FC dug deep and pulled out a whopping seven wins out of ten, resulting in a jaw dropping 24-goal difference – better than anyone else in the league. Scoring 21 points out of a possible 30, the boys did us proud.

Here’s what Team Captain, Richard Hanney, had to say of the victory: “Season of two halves, it’s all about the lads, team, no one player, something about seagulls following a trawler and all that. Manager great (no manager), get the three points, take every game as it comes, mind games, didn’t see the incident, bit harsh, done it for the fans, just hit it and it went in, straight red had to go, Stef done the lads proud, lads, bye.”
