We’re absolutely chuffed to announce that we’ve welcomed a new addition to our team! Introducing… Lucy Forrester, our new Head of Production.

Our newest ilkster Lucy joined us at the beginning of January with a wealth of experience behind her, having worked freelance for the past three years as Proud Fox Creative, based just around the corner from us at co-working space Duke Studios. Lucy specialises in both video and photography, and has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from The Guardian to Dr. Martens.

We checked in on Lucy in her first month to ask what she loves the most about what she does:
“There are so many things I love about my job, from the shiny expensive toys I get to play with all the time to the variety of the videos and photographs I get to shoot.”

…and why she chose us:
“Because it’s a great agency doing awesome things – but more importantly I chose the ilksters. I love being a part of a big team (except when it comes to the tea rounds).”
