Insight, Imagination & Implementation.
Creating brand stories is art not magic.
It requires a lot of learning, a lot of creative thought and a lot of hard work.
Obviously, every project is different, but we use the following three-stage process to anchor our approach. And no, it doesn’t have a trademarked name.
Listen, learn and absorb.
It might involve commissioning research, a few days on the road checking out competitors, or even a day or two shadowing people in your office.
But whatever we do, the aim is to absorb as much information and understanding as we possibly can. We want to approach the next phase of our work in the knowledge that we’ve left no stone unturned.
Think, create and iterate.
This is the stage when we pull everything together; where we mix the insight we’ve gained with our own creative ideas.
Whether it’s a fully integrated project or a specific service, it always starts with a lot of shared thought, accompanied by all sorts of notes, scribbles, sketches, doodles, diagrams and discussions.
Launch, deliver and assess.
It might be the ‘doing’ stage, but that doesn’t mean the thinking is done.
We make sure that regardless of the shape, size or scope of the campaign being delivered, the roll out of communications is as carefully planned and thought-through as the work that has preceded it.
From video launches and custom collateral to targeted media lists and social media promotion, we apply the same principles of integration to every facet of the implementation stage.
And, lastly, we make sure that it’s all measurable, so that we can track exactly how successful it has been with clear, tangible results and data.
